Instructions for Using the Google Ad Spend Calculator
Step 1: Enter Your Goals and Metrics for your event.
1. Ticket Sales Goal: Enter the number of tickets you aim to sell for your event.
2. Price per Ticket ($): Input the amount you plan to charge for each ticket.
3. Landing Page Conversion Rate (%): Enter the percentage of visitors to your landing page who you expect will convert into leads.
4. Lead-to-Signup Conversion Rate (%): Input the percentage of leads you anticipate will sign up for your event after expressing interest.
5. Cost-Per-Click (CPC): Enter the average cost you expect to pay per click on your ads. This amount can be found in Google Ads Manager or Ubersuggest.
Step 2: Click “Calculate”
After filling in all the fields above, click the “Calculate” button to see the results.
Step 3: Review Your Results
The calculator will provide you with the following insights:
- Needed Leads: The total number of leads required to achieve your ticket sales goal.
- Needed Clicks: The total number of ad clicks needed based on your lead conversion rate.
- Total Ad Budget: The estimated cost of your advertising campaign based on the CPC and required clicks.
- Potential Revenue: The projected revenue from ticket sales based on your goals and pricing.
Step 4: Adjust as Needed
Use the results to adjust your ad spend budget, refine your marketing strategy, or set realistic expectations for your event.
