Your biggest leak is in the Sell stage, which is probably why so many conversations that seemed to go well don’t end with an actual sale.
Truthfully, this is the most expensive leak on the trail. People want to buy. You’ve done the hard work to get them to the edge. And then something — a clunky checkout, a confusing pricing page, a sales conversation that drifted — sends them away with their wallet still closed.
Good news? Sell-stage leaks are usually the fastest to fix. Small changes can create big revenue swings.
