What if...

You woke up every single morning, happily able to  focus only on the things that will make a huge impact in your business and your life?

All these things are possible

IF you have a ROADMAP!

You, like lots of small business owners, may feel overwhelmed by marketing. You hear all kinds of advice about how to market your business, but you don’t have a step-by-step plan to get them to the first sale and beyond.

The market is filled with people teaching aspects of marketing-- like social media, public relations and advertising. But focusing on the small components leaves out the big picture. You can't know where you are headed if you don’t have a roadmap.

You are an expert in running your business--you’ve mastered the hard part. Now you need a plan of action--a roadmap to sales!

Why You Should Be Here

Creating and keeping a well-oiled sales and marketing machine is what keeps your business growing successfully. If you neglect your sales and marketing, your business will not succeed.

Small Biz Roadmap Workshop: Build Your Marketing Plan is a day-long, intensive, business-building live event focused on how to find your perfect customer and how to lead them to the sale and beyond--as a referrer and repeat buyer.

You will start by reverse engineering your marketing and sales roadmap,  that will pull your perfect customer to you in a way that's not pushy or smarmy.

At the end of the day, you'll have a clear step-by-step plan on how to market your business, in a way that gets rid of that feeling of marketing overwhelm that we small business owners often feel.

This workshop can be the turning point in your business. In the workshop, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Create Synergy: Entrepreneurship can sometimes be a lonely endeavor. Taking online courses are great, but nothing replaces the synergy that comes from working with like-minded entrepreneurs in a live workshop. We will team you up with other business owners so you can make new make connections and grow relationships within a group of your peers.

  • Learn Strategy: You will learn proven strategies to take your sales and marketing to the next level, and powerful tactics to help you manage and grow your business throughout the year and beyond.

  • Develop an Action Plan: You will create your personalized action plan that will allow you to know exactly what to do and when to do it, along with a  time-line for putting it all into action. You will leave feeling more in control of all your marketing.

How This Workshop is Different

You've likely attended events where the presenter lectures their theory (and just sells their products). This event is different.  This is a hands-on event that will give you a game plan for growing your business.

  • This event is designed specifically for the entrepreneur like you wanting to grow a customer base that work with you and refer others to do the same.

  • We will work with you to brainstorm ideas and build a solid roadmap specific to your own business. You will leave with a marketing plan in your hands, so you can implement it right away.

  • Learn scalable methods. The workshop is designed for any small business--no matter if you're a solopreneur or have a small team. But these plans can be scaled to grow as your business grows, to keep your business growing into the future too.
